The SPE range has been purposely designed for the rigours of today’s packing systems and for the future advances that will occur in the development of even more demanding processes. The SPE range has excellent rigidity and impact strength to withstand the most challenging in-transit pack house environments. The range combines an enhanced lid that fits snugly and tightly with good retention properties. SPE incorporates a coding system for easy traceability back to the tool it was made from. The range uses r-APET which has up to 60% fully traceable and recycled post-consumer food-use approved waste (PCW).

SPEP European crate fit punnets – designed to be heat sealed or lidded using a modified recycled APET material for heat seal applications. With heat seal there are 10 trays to a layer – 10% more than a standard lidded option. The range comprises 6 variable depths of punnets and 3 lids – flat, half height and full. A ribbed design maximises strength without compromising on product display. The base of the tray has a gutter design that allows water to flow freely to the punched holes.

The SPS range comprises depths, 85, 70, 60, 50, 40 with the option of heat seal or a flat lid.

 The SPS Air range is a part of the SPS range of soft fruit punnets. The range offers 20% less condensation than standard packs - this is made possible by vents that slope at the base. This means they are always free for ventilation even when the punnets are stacked. The design offers significant airflow improvements permitting the soft fruit to breathe more easily, aiding fruit conservation. 

The range currently comes in depths of 85 and 60mm and has the option of being heat sealed or flat lidded.  The heat seal option offers 19 per crate (9 in the bottom layer, 10 in the top layer).
