Shallow D

The Sharpak range of shallow D meat trays are suitable for chops, steaks, minced and diced meats all designed for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and available in r- APET, APET/PE, r-APET monoHHS for the Eco-Pack version, PP and PP barrier materials. The D range packs are the only comprehensive range available in both ultra clear and coloured materials. Our range of Eco-Pack is a universal recyclable solution for continental Europe suitable for all tray and sealing packing lines.

The Sharpak range of shallow P meat trays are ideal crate fit trays for poultry and fish, designed for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and manufactured and padded in line to be highly cost effective. They are available in r-APET, r-APET/PE, r-APET monoHHS for the Eco-Pack version, PP and PP barrier materials. Our range of Eco-Pack is a universal recyclable solution for continental Europe suitable for all tray and sealing packing lines.

Shallow 'C'

The new shallow 'C' range is designed for pre-sliced cold meats such as shredded ham, sausages, bacon etc. Available in r-APET, r-APET/PE, R-apet MONO HHS for the Eco-Pack version, PP and PP barrier materials.

The 'C' range is a series of robust trays ideally suited to challenging packing, warehouse conditions and logisitical environments.

The company offers a range of trays designed for modified atmosphere packaging in materials APET, PET with PE laminate, PP and PP barrier materials. The ‘D’ meat packs is the only comprehensive range available in both ultra-clear and coloured materials; with shallow, deep and bespoke packs from 'D1' for small joints, mince or burgers up to 'D21' able to accommodate heavy promotional pack weights and BBQ packs.

EcoPet
Through our £2m investment into brand new machinery we have pioneered a closed loop, in-house recycling system that is able to create a PET-based material called 'EcoPET'. The product uses up to 90% recycled materials and has excellent gas barriers with superior resistance at low temperatures including freezer applications.
